Soup season.

After two glorious weeks of perfect light-jacket-no-umbrella weather, fall is officially here in Paris.  This weekend, you could feel the fold crisp air that is fall. I’ve been making soups like my favorite ginger carrot soup to warm the body and add a boost of veggies to help the body fight off the metro disease. Also, there’s nothing better than having soupe gratinée à l’oignon (French onion soup) on a cold, rainy day out with a friend
